Are you someone who cares deeply about the environment and all those living in it? Or maybe you are looking to keep up with climate news and ways to be more sustainable?

Hi, I’m Red and I have had a growing passion for the environment for many years. I love botany, ecology and environmental science.

I love the idea of making it fun and easy to learn about our environment without being bombarded by only the threats and problems but also by looking at some of the amazing solutions that people are coming up with every day.

My belief is that the responsibility for sustainability goes far beyond the individual and that it is up to large communities/governments and corporations to play their part in minimising our climate crisis. However, I also believe that it is important as individuals that we show our commitment to preventing enhanced global warming by trying to be more environmentally conscious in our daily lives.

I am currently a student studying countryside management and have just completed a Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) course in practical horticulture, both of which have given me practical skills in dealing first-hand with plants and animals.
